(Oct. 20, 2017) – The Boston Breakers announced today that the club has loaned defender Amanda Frisbie to Perth Glory of Australia’s W-League.
Frisbie appeared in 12 games, logging 751 minutes for the Breakers in 2017. She had one assist on the season. It came on Sept. 2 on a goal by Rosie White in a 4-2 loss to the Orlando Pride on the road.
The 25-year-old Keller, Texas native joined the Breakers on Jan. 10, 2017, signed as a Discovery Player. Prior to the Breakers, Frisbie played for FC Kansas City and the Western New York Flash in the NWSL and for Icelandic champions Stjarnan.
Frisbie will return to Boston before the start of the 2018 NWSL season.
